Agrocorp is proud to be a corporate sponsor for Project Smile a women’s empowerment organisation specially catering to providing life skills to ladies from disadvantaged backgrounds. Friday night at their annual gala dinner and awards function, our director Mrs Akila Iyengar was recognised for her patronage of the organisation as well as her mentorship and support. The event was graced by the Minister of Health Mr Ong Ye Kung and featured a number of performances by the ladies as well as an auction of works of art produced by them. The dinner raised close to SGD 150,000 all of which will go towards strengthening the organisation and its vital programs.
